The Winter Palace and Hermitage
The Olympic
torch was in St Petersburg when we were there. Palace Square was closed in the morning and there were lots
of police. Later in the afternoon the square was full of people and music.
Peterhof
Peterhof was amazing! We
were here in early April so the fountains were just being uncovered after the winter. It is too bad the fountains were
not on, but the park was beautiful. I have added a link so you can see what Peterhof is really like.
